Faribault County Justice Center

Dulas Excavating was awarded the contract to dig the footings and fine grade the interior and exterior portions of the new 40,000 square foot, Faribault County Law Enforcement Center. Since the contract was signed in late October 2007, the Dulas team had to work through the harsh Midwestern winter. To compensate for the conditions, they replaced the fill with newly excavated sand. The team was able to continue working through the worst parts of the winter season finishing their portion of the project on time. The Law Enforcement Center is scheduled to be opened in April of 2010.
