St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center Addition

St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center’s administrative staff was concerned over the timeline of the construction for their 15,000 square foot addition. Dulas Excavating negotiated with the general contractor for the site work and underground utilities. The project required a tight schedule and Dulas was awarded the contract as they were able to meet the high demands of the owner. Construction was slated to begin and continue throughout the winter months. Less than ideal conditions made the project challenging, yet it was completed on schedule and the owner was satisfied with their new addition.
