Temperance Ridge

Temperance Lake Ridge Assisted Living in Sherburn, MN was looking to expand their offerings into the memory care as well as the clinic portions of the continuum of care.  Their architect, Miller Architects contacted Dulas about the project early on in the design phase to help look at a couple of different options open to them in terms of square footages as well as site layouts.  After a couple of different iterations Dulas was awarded the project which started in early summer 2011.  The site included two separate additions on opposite sides of the existing building, both of which would be done simultaneously while the main building was to stay in operation.  Dulas met the challenge head on and delivered on time and on budget even after additional soil corrections were encountered as well as several plan changes.
